Definitely impressed. On par with the Professional Brands

These feel just like my Kliens, but i got em for 1/3 of the price. I use em for all the construction sites im at, and use the insulated ones for service calls

Yes, I recommend this product.

Excellent pliers!

These are wonderful pliers. Easily on par with much more expensive American pro-brand tools. They've become my main go-to linesman pliers, while other brands spend more time in the toolbox. I started out abusing these, expecting them to be kind of 'disposable'. So I abused them, and pulled them out when I wanted to do something that I'm reluctant to do with my more expensive tools. Yet I've cut hardened steel wire with these, screws and nails and small bolts, as well as various stainless pieces and these pliers haven't dulled noticeably or chipped. The action is nice and smooth after a bit of break-in and use, and quite precise - not at all sloppy. They're also the perfect size at 9 1/2"; many 'cheapie' linesmans are way too small to be useful, but the size and high-leverage design make these pliers serious contenders. I also love the dipped plastic grips, instead of the rubbery overmolded soft grips so often found on cheap tools.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Good for 2nd pair of pliers

I bought these pliers on sale after sparking my klein’s so badly they were unusable. I said what the heck and gave the maximum’s a try. For twisting wires together they do the job. But when it comes e to cutting you realize how efficient klein pliers are. At half the price of klein’s, I still would go and pay the extra bucks. I wire condos on construction sites. I am constantly cutting cable and after giving these pliers a try, I quickly realized the difference after a couple of tries through bx cable. Try cutting through 3/8 copper lumex with these pliers and then using kleins. The difference is huge. Even when going through standard 2/14 bx cable you see a big difference. If your in the same position as I am and do a lot of cutting, you’ll be disapointed. But for a 2nd set of pliers they do the job. Not worth the full price that’s for sure.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Surprisingly high quality.

As an electrician, I can say these pliers are high quality, on par with Klein and Greenlee. Made of good materials, nice ergonomic handles, high grade teeth and a bonus crimper mouth. The ultimate test against other brands will be time, but the Maximum warranty will beat the others.

Yes, I recommend this product.
