Q: I have the Brix system and Its well made and versatile, however I wish there were options to add to it such as screw and small part bin storage cases such as the Milwaukee “pack out” system. If these exist I’d like to know, otherwise I will get rid of min
3 years agoA: If you are buying or have the 3 piece set of the BRIX kit, there is a couple of "parts" bins in the small top case. You could pick up small parts containers or storage bins that will easily fit within any of the 3 boxes. For me - I use 1/2 dozen tupperware type containers and they holds all the little things I need and you can basically toss them anywhere in the boxes. Take the ones you need and leave the rest. The bottom box is best suited for larger items and it holds a lot. If you wanted, you could fit compartmented boxes with screws etc in either the middle or bottom box, . Be creative and you can fill this thing with all that you need to do almost any job.

Q: In the absence of accessories for sale, would CTC be willing to publish some drawings of the interfaces for customers to make their own accessories? Not the whole toolbox, just the critical mating geometry so we can make our own add-ons to suit our needs.
3 years agoA: Highly unlikely that they would do that. But it's an interesting idea. If I had a scanner, I'd scan the bottom and 3d print a base then attach whatever accessories I want onto that

Q: I just purchased this system and have a devider for the bottom box, the top two boxes have spaces to place deviders but these were not supplied, can you purchase deviders for these boxes? This would make the system much more organizeable.

Q: Is there actually no warranty on this tool box? I believe in store it says no exchange/ repair and only a 90 day return if unused.
4 years agoA: This is from their website: “TOOL STORAGE 90 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your MAXIMUM product, it can be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase, for exchange or a full refund. UP TO 5 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY These MAXIMUM products are guaranteed for a period of five years from the date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This limited warranty excludes wear or breakage due to misuse and/or abuse or normal wear and tear.” I’ve had mine for over a year and I put it through h3ll - no problems. I even use it as a stepping platform (I weigh 230 lbs+materials I’m installing) which you’re not supposed to do. My guess is you won’t need the warranty. But there is one.
