The impact gun does not have very much power. Not enough to loosen the bolt.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the impact wrench did not meet your expectations.

Impact wrench performance can be affected by several factors, including battery charge level, the condition of the fastener, and the use of impact-rated sockets. The battery is shipped from the factory with only a partial charge for transportation and storage purposes, so allowing the battery to reach a full charge before use will help ensure maximum tool performance.

Corroded, seized, or over-torqued bolts may also require significantly more breakaway torque than standard applications.

If the tool was being used with a fully charged battery and on typical automotive or fastening tasks, we'd appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience and better understand the application.
