Spindle issues

I bought this and started to use the spindle sander mode and no matter what I do the spindles slip off or will just stop while the spindle is rotating, it’s a terrible hassle to return it, does Canadian tire have any ideas or should I waste an hours drive to the nearest Canadian tire ?

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: It works well for what it was made to do, shaping wood, if everything you are sanding is thinner then it does leave the center portion of the paper unused, but that could be fixed by using layers of plywood to bring it up to the center of the belt , after I bought it I wanted to buy more of the spindle sleeves but CT only had two packages of 3/4 inch and they were on clearance which made me think they were not going to carry them anymore although I have not needed them yet
