Where have you been all of my life? This product works fantastically well when removing caulk around tubs. This, in combination with Goo Gone, has made a horrible job not quite enjoyable, but much more manageable.

Q: I removed the item from the packaging. How do I remove the blade tip cover to expose the blade area? Thanks.

A: Loosen the screw , remove the blade, then flip it around so the Razor part is facing the correct way and tighten the screw again to hold it in place. The non cutting edge is shipped exposed in package for protection.

Q: I'm assuming you loosen the screw and take this apart to reverse the blade? Is that correct? Problem is, the screw won't budge. Am I doing something wrong?

A: To Change the blade you simply use a slotted screwdriver to loosen the screw. It does not require any excessive force. If you are unable to loosen the screw without excessive force please return the item for exchange.
