Among my worst purchases ever

there are no shops that will repair these pumps and you can't get parts for most Mastercraft power tools and equipment.

Worst purchase ever

Pump is 18 months old warranty is one year. Just used on cistern for two people so not lot of use in a day. Something has broken inside, motor still works but not makeing pump work. Sounded like bearing siezed up just as it quit pumping. Now I have to go buy new pump!!! Will it be CTC I think not
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is this pump manufactured by Flotec for Canadian Tire? If not can you say who the manufacturing company is?. Looks like a Flotec pump, but reviews (all negative) indicate spare parts are not available from Canadian Tire. I want to return the pump before I install it unless you can say who the manufacturer is so I can assess the potential reliability.

A: This item is manufactured overseas in China. Replacement parts are not available as this product carries a 3 year exchange warranty with proof of purchase.

A: Cette pompe sera connectée a 115 volts ou 230 volts. Q: Can I get parts for this pump? I purchased this pump 2 years ago. Impeller has self-destructed and as with most mastercraft tools and equipment it is impossible to find anyone who will repair or who carries parts.

A: No. This jet pump has a 2 year replacement warranty when accompanied by proof of purchase.
