3 drawer & top storage , toolbox

Toolbox appears to be solid . Locks can only be put on latches, there is no other lock on the box. Locks for latches would be a separate purchase.

No delivery reimbursement for non delivery

I paid for it to be delivered and I had to pick it up at the store because they were not able to deliver it. I still have.
Not been reimbursed for my delivery fee. And I'm wondering if that will ever happen.

Good but few things

I'd rate it a 3.5 if it allowed me. For 80 bucks on sale they should have made the top part where the handle is a gauge or 1mm or 2mm thicker. And some stronger hinges and locks and a bit stronger of a handle and thicker steel where it rivets to. I have including the weight onf the product maybe 38 pounds in it and it's okay not great and a bit to much of flexing in the metal than I'd like to see. I'm using it more for it staying in one spot than carrying out to a shop or worksite daily so it's OK. I like the organization and idea and size and hopefully the trays hold up. It's great idea and useful but I got it on sale for 80$ and I'd say it's a bit overpriced.

Q: How do you remove the drawers?

A: I had to bend tabs on the red drawer to be able to release it from the drawer glides. Once I slid the drawer out to remove the tool that got knocked behind and reinstalled the drawer, I bent the retaining tab back to lock the shelf in again.

Q: Is the handle plastic? Is the carrying handle on top made of plastic? This toolbox could get very heavy when filled with tools and I don't think I'd trust a single plastic handle to bare all that weight. Is there a warranty if the handle breaks?

Q: What are the internal dimensions of the drawers I bought a MasterCraft 400 piece scoket set but the trays will not fit my current drawers. Trays are 11"x22"x2"

A: The drawer dimensions are as follows: · 2 Drawers: 18.7” W x 7.4” D x 1.4” H · 1 Drawer: 18.7” W x 7.4” D x 3” H Some store may have in stock products from our old supplier for which their drawer dimensions may have some minor differences.
