Drill bits and adapter good; other bits are so-so

I got this kit because I wanted a quickload adapter and compatible bits for my DeWalt drill driver. The adapter is very good and theres a good selection of attachments, but the quality of the bits is pretty mixed.
The screw bits are decent, but that's it. They work well with my 18V drill, but the Phillips bits round off after a little bit of heavy use. .
The nut drivers have only seen a little bit of use, but they are holding up... so far.
I disagree with the other reviewers about the drill bits: they're quite good. They fit in the adapter well and don't fall out. I have also used them directly in the chuck of my drill. The hex shank is great because the bits don't spin around uselessly in the chuck should you run into a knot. They can also be easily resharpened with a Drill Dr. kit.
These bits will fit the 1/4 inch adapter on an impact driver, but even a small 12V impact driver would wreck these bits in a hurry.
I only recommend this set if it's on sale for less than half price.

Better than nothing

These drills are ok if you have frequent bit changes but don't require accuracy. Once in the chuck the drill bit is not tight. They won't fall out buy do wiggle back and forth. I would rather use regular bits.

Good for the price (on sale)

Works very good. One drawback would be the lack of replacement drill bits. The other parts are off the shelf type stuff, but the interchangeability with the drill bits is what makes this handy. Would be great if Cdn Tire carried replacment drill bits.
