Great Saw For the Price

Recently received this saw and was skeptical but it performed very well in all aspects.
Cuts smooth and straight, excellent on board storage for accessories that come with it and even a spot for extra blades.
Really like the sliding table extension on the side and back.

Lots of bells and whistles, but the basic saw is not well made. Unstable, not easy to use, not well thought out. Don't be lured by the low sale price, get something that you will want to use and keep.

Great saw

I purchased this saw about ten years ago and have used it for a multitude of applications such as plywood, ripping 2X4's,etc and without any issues. I have found the cuts to be somewhat accurate and I highly recommend this saw for do it yourselfers with odd jobs to perform. I cannot comment with regard to rigorous construction applications.

Q: does the 10' table saw have a cover over the dato blade to make the table top flat around the blade? also is the blade truly 90degrees to the table

A: you can adjust the blade to be perfectly 90deg to the tabletop but it is an insanely stupid process. its very close though.. good enough for the junk jobs this tool was designed for

Q: Will this saw take a 3/4 inch dado blade

A: Yes it will, only you cant get zero clearance plates for this saw to make it safe to operate with a dado unit. Also, it shakes like crazy, and have tried two different dado units.

Q: Whats the size of the mitre gauge slot? The standard 3/4"? My old mastercraft table saw slot was smaller than the standard and couldn't use any third party jigs or devices on it.

A: The mitre slot on my saw is an inverted "T". can't make jigs or sleds for it ! ! !

Q: What does the latch on the right do? What does the latch on the right, beside the compartment for the kickdown pawls do? Also, why is the table mounted reversed between the picture on the box and manual (i.e. rotated 180 degrees)

Q: can you purchase a dust bag accessory for underneath this saw I bought this saw had it for 3 years and works great. I noticed that it looks like it can fit a dust collection bag underneath the saw but I cant seem to find any accessories for this saw.

A: Your table saw is equipped with a dust extraction port. For best results, connect a vacuum to the port at the rear of the saw.
