J'ai commencé par me dire: wow un kit de torx a 25$ au lieu de 50...bon deal!...cela tombe bien, j'ai des pentures de jeep avec des vis de type torx qui sont particulièrement difficile a dévisser. Quoi de mieux que des douilles impacts pour être d'un solide inébranlables. FAUX. Après avoir brisé 4 douilles t40 mastercraft avec un impact driver mastercraft (Beau duo), j'ai décidé d'essayer ma 5ieme t40 avec un ratchet 1/2 . Hey oui vous avez deviné le résultat, CRACK! Une douille impact qui "pette" tel un cure-dent dans les mains de Arnold Schwarzenegger. J'ai réussi quand même à dévisser 6 vis pour 5 douilles/ 5 déplacements au Canadian tire / 5 bouts de douille prisent dans la tête de mes vis / 5 minutes de jurons pour les extraire. Solution: aller me les faires rembourser et acheter des VRAI douilles!

Here again, those that work on these fasteners know that usually you have to go to the expensive brands to get a quality tool as this is. I have broken Princess Auto, Mac, Snap-on and various other brands of Torx bits, usually trying to remove seat belts! These have stood the test of time as I've had them quite a while now. The long reach is a problem now and then but IMHO it is more help than hindrance. For the most part this set and the impact Allen set are both a great investment. I had to actually purchase them both at regular prices, though with the amount I have saved over the years purchasing at sale prices, I still got a great deal! Another fine product that will serve me well for years to come.

Great impact set

Great Torx impact set, specially on sale for only $25. The female Torx are very hard to find, that's the reason i bought this set. Your friends will call you a life saver. I just wish the male Torx were a bit shorter, it can be a problem working in tight spaces with a Impact Wrench a this long socket. The finishing has this industrial rough look, just like every other Mastercraft impact set, so you might want to brush this with your bench grinder wire wheel. Twenty five dollars top quality set with Lifetime warranty? YEES!!
