Merci pour votre retour. Je m'excuse pour les difficultés que vous avez rencontrées avec le Multimètre numérique à pince Mastercraft avec écran ACL de 3,5 po. Pour mesurer la tension continue, assurez-vous que la sonde noire est connectée à la borne "COM" et la sonde rouge à la borne "VΩ-)", puis réglez le commutateur rotatif sur la position 600V. Pour le courant alternatif, assurez-vous de serrer les mâchoires autour du conducteur à tester, en veillant à ce qu'un seul conducteur soit serré à la fois pour une lecture précise. Veuillez consulter le manuel pour plus d'instructions ou appeler notre centre de support au 1-800-689-9928 pour obtenir de l'aide supplémentaire.

Inconvenient special batteries required.

It doesn't come with batteries, and the package doesn't indicate type or quantity required, it takes 2 of the special CR2032 round flat batteries. I'm not going to make a special trip to buy batteries every time I need to use it. Returned it and will look for something that uses the common AA or AAA that I always have available in the house.

Ne permet pas de mesurer les ampères DC et mesure du voltage à +/- 1 V, pas de décimal. Bref, ça me semble un bon appareil pour l'électricité résidentielle, mais pas pour la mécanique auto ou les VR.

A: If you understand the meter u r buying, the answer is shown on the display. It will read A/C D/C in Amps and voltage

Q: What does the function button do when you hit it and the screen displays H.F. ?

A: The function button is for Data Hold Mode. This allows the tester to hold the present reading on the display. To exit Data Hold mode simply press the function button again and the tester is no longer in Data Hold Mode.

Q: What is the resolution of the DC current reading (i.e. does it show current only in whole numbers or decimal places as well)? If it shows to decimal places, how many?

A: This product only measures AC current. There is no DC current function on this item.
