The Mastercraft Countersinks Set with 3 Pieces features drill bits with a set of hardened edges for extended tool life overall. The countersink bits also boast an alloy steel construction for additional toughness, extending their overall tool life and ensuring easy drilling through a wide variety of surfaces. The countersink drill bits in this set are intended for cutting through wood, plastic, and particle board, and feature hardened edges to bite through those surfaces quickly and easily. The bits in this Mastercraft countersink set feature a ¼” shank for optimal compatibility, allowing you to fit them onto the majority of standard drills and drivers.

Sale countersinks

I could see why it was on sale. Didn't exactly "bite" into the wood I was working with. Took a fair amount of pressure to get anywhere

VERY POOR QUALITY

These countersinks only just work in softwoods, they merely polish hardwood! You’d think, being made of steel, they would possibly work on soft copper? …. absolutely NOT! If CTC offered a higher quality set, even at a higher price, I would give that a try, but they don’t.

as others had stated these are ridiculously dull right off the start .. so yourself a favor look at different countersink bits and save yourself the aggravation..
