    Super Handy

This is a great tool to have available for drilling holes in tight spaces like in floor joists. It fits between the joists and allows you to drill straight clean holes. Easy to grip and the paddle trigger is easy to operate.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Great to get into awkward spaces, not to be used on everyday projects but definitely worth having . Purchased it for a family member, he never uses it but many others have including myself.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Fits in Tight Space

Needed to drill between closely spaced joists and studs to install a 240v circuit where no conventional drill would fit. This fit and got the job done properly. Pros: good power, reasonably quiet, not too heavy, decent chuck Cons: variable speed non-linear, awkward to change bits because chuck is partially shielded Not much else on the market that competes with it. Does not replace conventional drill, more of a special use tool augmentation.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    1 - 4 of 4 Questions

Q: Would this be useful to drill out broken exhaust flange bolts where space is limited?

    1 Answer
    • A: Right angle drills are designed for getting into areas where space is limited. Regarding space and fit, consideration needs to be given to the length of the accessory to be used. Regarding applications, each situation is different but further consideration needs to be given not only to the power of the tool, but the quality (performance) of the accessory too.
