J'ai acheté cette sableuse en spécial pour sabler le patio de la maison 12x12 et le deck de la piscine 6x8. L'outil fonctionne très bien et ne surchauffe pas même après 2 heures d'utilisation en continu. C'est un excellent produit pour le prix.

Hook & Loop system sucks! Holes don't line up with MC sandpaper.

I bought the predecessor to this one a couple of years ago, which had a cloth bag. Other than that, it's almost identical. Unfortunately, I hardly used it before putting it away for over a year. By that time, the model had changed slightly. It would not hold onto the sandpaper discs. I even went to the trouble and expense of purchasing, through Can Tire, a new pad for the sander. Holds a new sandpaper disc for a couple of minutes, then tosses it and it won't hold anymore after that. Useless!!! Also, there are more holes on the sander than on the Mastercraft sandpaper, so they don't line up and the sawdust bag is rendered pretty much useless. I have quite a lot of Mastercraft tools, hand and power, because when they're on sale they're a decent price and quality is usually decent as well. Most have faired pretty well. But this random orbital sander and also, incidentally, a Mastercraft belt sander from about three years ago, were a complete waste of money.

Even for DIY I would not recommend

Vibration is excessive compare to named brands. Pad is not flat so that the inner ring never got used before outer ringer gets clogged. It doesn't matter how hard that I align the holes, dust still doesn't drain properly. Sanding disc got clogged all the time even with light use on plywood.

I only use this for my personal projects in the home shop/garage. It has proven to be durable and runs perfect. I can not speak for a commercial use but from what I see you may want something a bit beefier. For the home guy though this is perfect.

Q: Is it possible to connect a vacuum to the exhaust outlet of the sander? If so, how? The intent is to be able to sand indoors while not creating dust.
