    I purchased this set over 4 years ago and never had any problems with the tools. Then the case broke on me in the dark, in a parking lot of all places. The tools went everywhere and I was NOT impressed. But I took the time to dig out my original reciept and stopped into the local canadian tire in Kelowna. They were awesome at customer service. Within 10 minutes I grabbed brand new set, left them my original with the damaged case. They told me I didn't even need to hold on to my receipt (as I had been for over 4 years!) Any product that carries a mastercraft lifetime warranty can be exchanged for a new one without your receipt. So now I have my socket set brand new again; no charge. I've heard folks say oh mastercraft is useless. Really?? If you take care of your tools they will last for years. This set has everything you need and like I say if you take care of the tools (ie. don't leave them wet to rust) you'll have them a long time. And with the lifetime warranty it's a no brainer. I recommend this product but watch for it to go on sale!
