    Best big power bar

These electronic power bars are excellent! We needed to hook up about 20 power supplies for a lite Christmas village.

Only good for set and forget

Do not think about using it often. The plugs grab onto sockets and will physically come out of the bar before disconnecting from the plug. Only useful if you don't plan on disconnecting and connecting plugs to it often.’

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Can't figure out how to mount to wall and there are no instructions.

    1 Answer
    • A: 52-7269 can be mounted both vertically or horizontally. There are tabs on the ends with holes. These are mounting tabs on each end that you can use to put a screw through to mount on the wall. Assuming you are mounting it on a finished wall in the horizontal position, it is recommended that you locate a stud and drill a small pilot hole where you want to mount the power bar. Put a minimum 1” long screw (course thread with a point) through the mounting tab and into the pilot hole. Screw it 3/4 of the way in. Raise the power bar until it is horizontal with the floor. Use a level to confirm accuracy. With a pencil, mark a dot at the top of the slot where the second screw will go. Lower the power bar. Drill a pilot hole in the wall. Hopefully it is into another stud. If not, you will have to use a good quality wall anchor so the screw doesn’t pull out of the wall. Raise the power bar up until horizontal and put a second screw into the mounting tab and into the pilot hole (or wall anchor) and tighten fully. Go back to the original screw and tighten fully. Job complete. Remember, if you mount this power bar to a wall you will be putting strain on the screws and wall every time you pull a plug out of it. It is critical you mount it into a stud or use good quality strong wall anchors. If you don’t, the screws will pull out of the wall.
