Stopped working just after the warranty ended.

The microwave started flashing FAIL messages not long after the 1 year warranty ended. At first the buttons stopped working and then after troubleshooting multiple times, it just stopped working at all. Bought because my wife liked the look, but I won't buy another MasterChef appliance. Disappointing quality given the price, just buy a proper name brand microwave for the same price.

Cooks Okay. L-F Feature & Door Open button sticks

While it seems to cook well so far, it has an “L-F” feature which is really annoying for elderly people to remember to hit the STOP button before it can be opened. The open button is also sticky and thus the door doesn’t just “pop open as our old Master Chef Microwave did. The door itself, sticks. Again, not great for an elderly 82 1/2 year old woman.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Good microwave, just a bit dark inside

This microwave oven does its job very well: food cooks as it should, it's not too noisy, and it has good features. My only negative point is that the clock is a little too bright (on the other hand, it's perfect as a night light if you want one) and the light inside the oven could be brighter as it is quite hard to see what's cooking inside.
