If you want your food warmed up Make sure you have three to five business days to wait. Just tried warming up leftover mashed potatoes with cheese, 5 mins and cheese hasn’t even started melting.

Works for a year

Junk microwave. It lasted precisely 1 year and 1 week after purchasing it before the start button (and shortly after, all buttons) stopped working. I take good care of my appliances, this is the first one I've had such a premature failure on. This isn't an expensive microwave, but it isn't cheap either. Expect to replace it shortly after the warranty expires.

No, I do not recommend this product.
