Needs longer Cord

Great product with one serious problem. The cord to plug the unit into a wall outlet is so short I cannot plug it in & have it a safe distance from a wall or other items on my counter. Had to go buy and .8 metre power bar so I can plug it in & still have it safely located away from anything that could overheat. The excuse of having a short cord so people do not trip on it only works if I am worrying about someone standing on the counter tripping over the cord. Other than that the unit performs as well as my old Black and Decker (with a long cord) . Basket is large & food cooks well. I have not used all the presets but I do like I can manually set time and temp

Online Shopping Disaster

Product was fine. Getting it was a the worst hassle ever. The Webpage kept crashing, I eventually had to use the app on my phone. Picking it up was even worse. Got to the pickup spot and notified the store. Half an hour and two phone calls later I finally got my product brought out to me and what do they do? They drop it. Then they can't find the vehicle. I'm the only one there, I'm in the spot I said I would be in, THE BACK HATCH IS OPEN and the guy still couldn't find me. Total disaster.

Worked great except I put in a paper liner and it caught fire. Removed it promptly (it's actually not necessary as the machine is fairly easy to clean). Food was great. Much better price than the super expensive models but just as good in terms of functionality. Very happy with my purchase.
