This heat plate pack includes two different sizes of heat plates so you can create the exact heat plate length you need to replace any broken, worn-out, or old parts. Made to last, these BBQ heat plates feature a universal fit that works with most barbecues with tube burners for easy, no-stress installation.

Q: Why are there only 4 of the long bolts in the package? Don't we need 8? Each heat tent requires 4 long bolts and 8 large nuts to make the legs. You can make 2 heat tents with the kit. So you would need 8 long bolts to make the required number of legs, but there are only 4 long bolts and 8 large nuts in the kit.

A: Thank you for your question. Please note that for grills with an existing ledge, you may use the ledge to reset tent/plate. In this case, it is not required to use long bolts and large nut for height adjustment. This item was designed for replacing 1 set of original heat tent. If large bolts and large nuts are necessary for adjusting the height of the heat tent, 4 pcs of large bolts and 8 pcs of large nuts will be enough for 1 set.

A: No, the 085-1457-6 Master Chef Universal Heat Plate is made for full size BBQ's with tube burners not a little camp BBQ. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the Portable Propane Tabletop BBQ with the single burner you mention through the link above. However, you can check out the sizing of the 2 pcs in our 085-1379-2 Universal Heat plate to see if it would work in your application.

Q: Thermos BBQ Heat Tent I have a Thermos BBQ 85-1623 but your site doesn't list OEM heat tents for this particular BBQ. Please provide the product # for the heat tent replacement for BBQ 85-1623.

A: Due to the amount of different BBQ brands and models we are not able to provide specific product numbers for the Thermos 85-1623. We would suggest contacting the BBQ manufacturer for OEM parts. Also, you can measure your existing Heat Tents to compare to the measurements of Universal Fit Heat Tents to see if they will suit your application. The 85-1457-6 Universal Heat Tent has an adjustable length of 12 to 19 inches.
