terrible heat setting

I bought this last spring for kids sports game quick set up BBQ. The gas setting for high and low doesn’t matter! it will burn your food. I thought it might get better with more use, but hasn't. Terrible, unless you like your food burnt.

Grill insert broke after second use

We bought this BBQ early summer last year. It sat in the box for over a month until the weather improved. Worked well at first use but before I used it the second time, the grill insert broke and Canadian tire would not take it back. What a waste of hard earned money! We couldn't even exchange it. Ended up struggling to bbq using a broken grill insert for the remainder of the summer.

Grill burns everything

I bought this because of the fire ban in Alberta, Gas BBQ only. The gas setting for high and low doesn’t matter....it will burn your food. I can’t believe this is a master chef product. It only has one gas setting, and that setting is full. If you like very burnt food then this barbecues is for you.

Burns too hot

This bbq burns very hot, regular could be stuck wide open but I’m not the only one with this problem. Also the bolts do come loose for the lid, I haven’t tried loctight yet so maybe that will help.

Uniqe style and easy to carry around for picnic or camping. Didn't say much on the box and also the website, but surprised to see a wok is also included in the package.
