Wrong item received

I wasn't happy with this experience, I purchased this item on line to be picked up at the store. After I had picked up my order and got home I quickly realized that the cover I had wasn't going to fit my bbq, so I went back to the box and compared the part numbers and figured out that they didn't match, so I decided to take it back to the store to see if I could get the right cover, once I got there I found out that the cover I was given was greatly cheaper than the one I had purchased, and the price difference was around a $50 dollar difference!!! I also found out that the cover I was wanting to purchase was a discontinued item and there were limited stores that had any available, sooooo after all of this, I didn't get the cover I wanted, but on a lighter note, I did get refunded! But I will say that this was a hassle that I would have preferred not to go through considering I had to drive over an hour to get to the store it was originally available.

Absolute fail. Does not fit. Second one I had to purchase. I will return, possibly with the grill. Love CT but this is rock bottom disappointment

If this is your grill, please note: Extra wide 2" Velcro hook-and-loop straps may need to be released before attempting to cover grill. Separate the Velcro Straps to loosen. Hope this helps!

Q: Will this cover fit other Masterchef grills? We purchased a five burner model which is 54 inches wide/long x 23 inches deep x 45 inches high
