Poor design

The kettle spout is designed so poorly if you pour it at any rate it will dribble down the side and onto the floor

Short cord

The chord is not very long. We bought it for our trailer which has an outlet above (under cabinet) and it doesn’t reach. Also, there’s no mesh filter, just a plastic filter which wouldn’t hold back larger particles. Otherwise, heats water like it should.

Horrible kettle, spills everywhere when you pour. I actually burnt my foot causing a scarf from this kettle. Waste of money

I purchased a DUD!

I just got this home, washed it out, plugged it in (to 4 different outlets just to be sure) and NOTHING! Now it's a trip back to Canadian Tire to return it. Not pleased and cannot recommend this to anyone.
