Do Not Buy

Bought this bbq for my apartment. I was lucky enough to get 4 months out of it. The settings to warm up are very inconsistent, if you did not have it set at the highest heat, it would barely heat up. In the end the element shorted and it stopped working. Do not waste you money unless you get a very very good deal on it that you don't mind just throwing away.

good electric bbq except for base

This electric barbecue works pretty well with an even element which is proportionate to the grill and keeping in mind that this is not a propane bbq. Only major complaint is the base, which has one screw in the centre at the base of the column. very flimsy and becomes loose quickly. besides, that if you buy it on sale and want an electric bbq, it's worth it.

Do not purchase!!!

I purchased this item on sale for 50% off. It was still too costly for the poor quality. After three uses the bottom bowl of the bbq has warped in the heat and the grill no longer will sit in the bbq. It is unusable. This type of fault can only be due to a poor manufacturing process. Additionally the bbq lacks a thermostat so it is impossible to determine the actual temperatures it can achieve.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Yes, it can be cleaned easily, the element comes out and the fire bowl can be cleaned. It also has a drip tray the comes out to clean.
