Good enough for the price.

Good for parts, after glass breaks a white one from different brand bought a week earlier, this glass replaced it for good,fit. Sadly there is a plastic plate instead of a steel one that braces the filter, black plastic plus heat not acceptable.

A: Yes, the bottom part stays on the glass. I usually just rinse each morning and then put in the dishwasher on weekends. Seems to stay quite clean

Q: Mine did not come with instructions, this is my first French press, so i dont know right amounts of coffee and water to start with. Are instructions available on line? I cant find them so far.

A: Have a look online as there are tons of YouTube videos. I bought mine today to try and make cold press coffee so will see tomorrow morning how it worked out. One piece of advice is to buy coarse ground coffee or grind your own beans
