When I took the fridge out of the box; it had a big dent in the door! Now I have to drive it back to the store to return it. The manager offered me a new fridge and a $20 gift certificate. That won't even cover my gas; let alone all the wasted time. Not happy!

A: Not sure why this happens,may have to be very careful where you place the cooling control button.Can't find any info in the manual.Usually takes about 6 weeks for it to happen with my frig.I just unplug it and let it defrost.Second unit I've purchased in last 7 years,both have the same problem.I always have my unit turned up fully on the dial,so I think this may be the reason.

A: Don't think so. Although I keep it less cold so everything doesn't freeze, so there's never any frost buildup anyway.

A: Personnellement très déçu de ce mini congélateur, il fait énormément de glace, la porte est même resté coincé et je l'ai cassé en 2 en tentant de la gégager. En plus, il ne congèle pas du tout, j'ai perdu viandes et poisson en peu de temps. Je l'ai vendu !

A: Yes. Just move the temperature prob from the freezer down into the main fridge area. I had it drop there after defrosting and everting froze!
