Q: Does the Caribbean adapter with this pack step down the 220V to 110V? I'm asking b/c many Caribbean nations already use the 110-120 standard in Canada. So is the Caribbean plug you include meant for nations with 220V AC?

Instead, it allows you to plug most US appliances into most foreign outlets anywhere in the world. If you need a (step down) convertor, please check SKU # 076-1905-2 - Maple Leaf Converter/Adapter Set. Converter in this kit adjusts most foreign electrical current to help run most North American travel appliances. Thank you !

Q: Does it work in New Zealand and Australia? Will I need a transformer as well?

A: Yes, this product will work in Australia and New Zealand with the Australia/China/New Zealand/Fiji adaptor. Please be sure to read and follow the instructions carefully before use. You will need to check your appliances to determine if a voltage converter is required. If the voltage on your appliance is 110-120V, then a converter is required. Please also be sure to read and follow converter instructions carefully before use to avoid damage to your appliances. Please also see the attached Instructions.
