Complete garbage ,I bought this gps a couple years ago ,used it one time and now it’s acting like it’s outdated and won’t do an update .save your money and don’t buy it

Be warned

The complimentary free one year subscription to the mapping program does not work.. you can not down load maps specific to your area etc.. you are stuck with what is on the device. Magellan customer service is horrible, they have focused their line of gps's on vehicle gps's now.. not hand held. THIS handheld device only accepts coordinates in three formats.. the PRIMARY one is NOT DEGREE, MINUTE SECONDS, it's DECIMAL DEGREES.. which means you have to find a converter online to switch your co-ordinates into the decimal degree format. WHAT GOOD is a GPS that you can't upload your tracks etc to your computer / maps... SHOULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT A TRADITIONAL COMPASS.

Expired maps purchase code

the 1 Year free subscription to digitalglobe code is expired,i tried to contact 3 times Magellan but they have the worst customer services ever saw. I tried to see if Canadiantire can do something , they told me that they sold the item, not more, and they are not responsible .

im not sure what to write because my last honest review was not approved so ill just say i would have given this 350h gps a zero if that was an option...the magellan customer service is great though...second and third replacements they actually supplied me with prepaid shipping label..i only had to pay shipping for the first warranty claim..first one quit communicating with satellites..second one wouldnt turn on....and oddly enough the third one wouldnt turn off

Garbage

Seemed to work good for the first couple hikes but after not using it for a few months it would no longer start up. Magellan couldn't figure out what was wrong so I sent it back to be replaced on warranty. After I payed to have the faulty unit sent back to Magellan they sent me a refurbished one that would constantly restart and was unusable. Save your money, avoid this GPS.
