    Touch screen needs calibration, battery life short

    I have replaced this unit twice already. I have had my 3rd unit for a year now and it has the same fault as the one I replaced. The touch screen doesn't work properly again. When I select 'A' I get 'S' If I press 'P' I get 'O'. Scrolling or back key can give me unwanted results. Magellan isn't much help with options for calibrating (solutions don't work). Running on battery is only a few minutes before it powers down. Also, I have been trying to get them to remove the previous obsolete units displaying when I log in. Would never buy another Magellan product.

    L'appareil fonctionne bien dans le moment comme GPS routier, plusieurs fonction intéressantes. Je suis très déçu que la mention mise a jour a vie correspond a la vie utile de l'appareil que la compagnie estime a 3 ans. Cela serait bien que canadian tire indique la précision sur tout ses GPS routiers. cette condition limite grandement la durée d'utilisation et l’intérêt pour ce modele. En plus, il est impossible de changer la pile et la durée de la pile neuve est 30min sans être branché dans l'allume cigarette. Un bel exemple d'obsolescence programmée.

    Très mauvais achat. Presque impossible à mettre à jour. Imprécis. Il me montre sur la voie de service alors que je roule sur l'autoroute 50 pieds plus loin. Les indications sont donc inutiles. L'écran tactile ne répond pas 9 fois sur 10 quand il n'est pas complètement figé. J'ai fini par le briser à force d'essayer de lui faire quitter un menu. Jamais été satisfait d'un produit Magellan, mais celui-ci est le pire.
