Great idea, but only for some buyers

I bought this because I had bern looking for a dish rack alternative to the simple counter mat that I currently have. Most dish racks are big and hard to store. I liked that this could be collapsed and stored easily under my sink.
However, when I got it home, none of my dishes fit into the straight-set and non-adjustable dividers that stick up. Buyer beware if you don't have simple, flat-bottomed plates. I had to return it.

Useless, the plates won't stay up.

I was willing to pay the price of $33.99+ taxes which is not cheap for a Dish Rack. So, I thought I was buying a quality product, but in reality it 'sucks big time". The dinner plates barely fit, but WORST of all the plates don't stay up in place. I've tried smaller plates but no plates will stay up; therefore, they cannot dry. The picture is deceiving because it shows plate standing up, and yes, I have tried to leave space in between but still my plates nor my friend's plates will stay up. This product is garbage and useless. Please stop selling it.

A: Kindly note our Collapsible Dish Rack (142-0730-4) does not come with a drain board. An option is to leave the dish rack in the sink until silverware, dinnerware, glassware, utensil, kitchen gadgets, and kitchen tools are dry.
