Does a solid job. 2 different brushes make cleaning under the rim much easier. Brushes themselves are easy to clean so no smell.

This is a fantastic and durable product. It is well made and performs well providing alternate scrubbing surfaces to thoroughly clean and disinfect. It also has a unique rim on the handle that elevates the brush when resting in the holder allowing it to properly dry and not cause rust
