Q: RE: Why is this priced so high? And why is your listed regular price $1000 higher than LiveStrong's MSRP ($2,999)?
12 years agoA: I'd wait til it goes on sale....but if you look at any high end/gym quality treadmill, the price is par for the course. I think it has alot to do with the quality of the components used to build it. Heavy duty, durable and designed for frequent use. No point saving 500 dollars or whatever if your machine begins failing or needing parts after a few years. If you're really serious about running, its wise to save and spend the extra.

Q: Unable to Syc with Passport module I press the incline up and Stop key on the treadmill and it flashes 'RF Sync' the passport module searches but eventually times out
12 years agoA: I would suggest calling Customer Care at 800.244.4192 at a time that you can be around the machine. Customer Care can then walk you through some trouble shooting to determine the issue and the fix.
