Q: Is this street legal, or would the Police consider it obstructing the plate?
12 years agoA: I like the way Canadian Tire states: "Check local regulations regarding use". Licence plates are covered by provincial law and the highway traffic act, not some "local regulations". And that applies to ALL provinces.
