The best tv I've EVER HAD.

It's really high quality better than our qled tv we've had this tv for 6-7 years but it broke and a lines on the tv, but it still hands on the best tv, it's so high quality and really nice. I grew up with this tv.

Tv is a decent product
If any tv turns blue, it’s been left on day and night for many years. Leds are easy to replace.

Q: I plug in an audio jack on my smart tv but the surround system is not working. I tried the jack to my smart phone and it works. So i am not sure what seems to be the problem.

A: Regrettably, the LG Full HD 1080p Smart LED TV - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43LJ5500 does not have a headphone (3.5 mm) jack on it. The port that looks like a headphone jack is the Serial converter/RS-232C input jack which is usually labeled as "Service Only" or as RS-232C IN (Control & Service) and can be connected to an external control (such as a computer or an A/V control system) to control the product’s functions externally. It is the phone jack type on this TV and it does not output any audio at all...^IFV

A: This tv model does not come with web browser. This is why it's cheaper than other models. You can opt use the apps it comes with.

Q: We have a 43 LJ5500 tv and cannot turn on the wifi. When I press the mute version 3 times no Web OS version shows up in the list. We have tried to connect to our wifi network but the TV cannot see any networks (all other devices see it)

Regrettably, the Apple TV+ is only available on select 2018 LG WebOS 4.0 models and later, and it cannot be downloaded and installed on your TV...^Ivan
