Perfect for hallway or entrance!

Love this switch! I installed it in the doorway/entrance to my apartment as i was always annoyed with having to turn on/off then off/on then off/on as i was leaving or entering the unit. This auto switch allows you to come and go and the light goes off about 15 min after last sensing something in its area. It is also dimmable so at night/first thing in the morning, it only comes on to the intensity you wish to have. It can use incandescent or LED but not cfl bulbs.

easy to install no neutral needed, works with LEDs but they have to be dimmable. hold the button to dim or brighten the light, it took me a bit to figure that out.

Motion sensor light switch

This is a good motion sensor switch. My only criticism is that the switch box is quite wide so I had difficulty installing beside the fan switch (alignment of switch plate screws).

A: Yes, it can! But being lazy and forgetful, we also use a piece of electrician's tape to block part of the sensor.
