Good product, bad store experience

Good product but drove 40min (for both way) get get this switch while my electrician is working in my house. Got home and noticed it was a return product! Clearly see scratch, rip manual, missing ivory front plate. Frustrating, got it install anyway since im paying an electrician. Had to factory reset. That switch was locked in a window has to be brought to the cash by CT worker so i couldnt inspect the box prior to buy. Canadian Tire Tracadie i guess they dont even care to inspect return product prior to put it back on shelf , could of been defective a create problem
