Disappointed with the box

I got this for the box to decorate my room with. The lid is plastic, but the box is cardboard. The pictures made it look like it was just a cardboard packaging, like many of these other plastic storage boxes have. I bought this in person and it also felt like just a cardboard packaging. The builds are really cute, but I wish the box was actually usable. The lid falls off easily since theres nothing to hold it in place, like with the other storage boxes.

No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the amount of bricks we get in the box. I didn't realize the bottom was made out of cardboard. Working with 2nd graders, that won't hold up too long ;-)

Excellent for Beginners

We got this as a birthday gift for my son and it was his first lego experience. He enjoyed it thoroughly. The book and instructions are super easy to follow for any novice buildier. It was real fun for him and also great as fine motor skill activity.
