I brought this puppy and my great niece loved it today it stopped working. Had for 6 mos I replaced batteries but still is not working. Is there anything I can do to fix ? My niece is very upset she can’t play with puppy. Please advise. Thank you

I bought this for my little girl who absolutely adores it but within a few months the heart light and sound stopped working.:(

My son recieved this as a christmas present 2017 now the sound is not working. We've had it less than a year and it doent work properly. My son id very upset that hos favorite toys doesnt work.

We got this toy at a baby shower. Today I pulled it out of the toy box and my son wanted to play with it and nothing worked. I assumed it was a battery problem but it wasn’t.
