A: The Lagostina powdered cleaner has been developed for stainless steel and copper cookware. The manufacturer does not recommend using it on non-stick surfaces.

Q: Is the "chemical" is Lagostina Stainless Steel and Copper Cleaner sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)? If not, what is it? I ask because the previous question did not get a straight answer, and because it is non-toxic and biodegradable.

A: The Product is made with only with materials that are considered non-toxic and biodegradable, the materials are: Nepheline Syenite, Sodium Chloride, Citric Acid, Surfactant, and Fragrance
