Sharp knife

I just bought this and so far I've used the large knife to cut onions. It was very sharp and easily diced onions. I am only handwashing it to keep non stick surface working.

Non stick coating peels off. Company won’t guarantee item and told me to deal with Canadian tire but I don’t have the Reciept. Terrible company, terrible product
