Stopped working after 4 months

Unfortunately it stopped working after 4 months of light use. Had to return it. Wouldn’t turn on or boil water.

Looks good but wouldn't recommend due to numerous issues

Looks great but quite honestly the worst designed kettle we have ever bought. I have burned myself trying to take the lid off so many times as it is so tightly fitting that you have to wrestle with it to get the lid off. No filter so unless you clean it daily the buildup from the bottom of the kettle goes right into your cup.

Q: I have had this kettle for a few months and just yesterday it stopped working. The red circle light blinks but the water temperature doesn't go up and nothing happens. We've left it on like that for over an hour and nothing happens. Any advice?

Q: Is this kettle meant to pause several times before reaching the programmed temperature? The one I have pauses a number of times no matter what temperature it is set to and has done this from the get-go. Thanks in advance for your help!

Q: The timer does not work during keep warm mode. Please give an answer other than the booklet instruction, because it does not work that way. Is my kettle a lemon? Thank you

A: The timer can only count up to 8 mins while on the Keep Warm mode. However, once the temperature that you set is reached, it maintains that temperature for 30 mins. It doesn’t count up to 30 mins. Hope this helps

A: KEEP WARM FUNCTION • Your kettle has a default KEEP WARM function (fig 10), that maintains the water at the previously set temperature for 30 minutes. NOTE: After 30 minutes the display will turn off automatically and you will hear a long beep sound indicating your kettle is in standby mode. TIMER: • Your kettle has a count-up timer function that you can use during the keep warm mode. To start/stop the count up on your display, press the TIMER button. Once stopped, the display will go back to temperature display. NOTE: The timer can count up to 8 minutes.
