Love this set!

We have had this set for 7 seasons and the wicker still looks new. I am now needing to replace the cushions. I am having a hard time finding replacements. Any recommendations?

We purchased this set about 5 years ago and are very happy with it. The quality is exactly what you would expect from the Lazy Boy brand. Very comfortable and stylish. We bring in every winter to protect from the elements, looks like new every spring when we bring back out.

Wicker looks frayed

Just bought this set July 12 opened box and assembled, all the wicker had this distressed look to it. Saw one at a different store, didn't look the same. I am returning. The last picture is what we saw in another store. Not only did ours look distressed, the wicker was very loosely wrapped. Should have read all the other reviews before we purchased.

Terrible product

This is a very poor product. Actually one of the worse purchases I ever made. The wicker has totally deteriorated from the intense sun in British Columbia (sarcasm) after one year. It crumbles to the touch.We even pit this indoors after summer last year. we have an indoor Lazy Boy sofa which has lasted a long time but this is by far the worse product ever. Our pup eats the pieces of the wicker and I would throw it away but I really don’t want to fill up the landfill quite yet.

Lasted through the years

We bought this set 6yrs ago and it has stood the test of time. It's outback on our deck and still looks like new. The wicker is still good and so are the cushions after multiple years of use. We keep it covered when not in use, so it's never just exposed to the weather, not sure if that's why it's been so great after all this time or not. We've been very pleased with how well this has held up over time. Would not hesitate to buy another set, if and when we finally need one.

Q: Where can I find covers for the arm chairs for this set? i was able to purchase the loveseat cover and recliner covers I needed, but I can't find covers for the two armchairs that are in this set. I bought what was called "dining chair covers" 088-1274-4 but they don't fit at all. Pls help! Thanks Heidi

A: The loveseat was the most difficult and frustrating. There are three sets of screws to attach the seat. Only two of the three would line up so we couldn't insert the third set but the seat still seems secure without them.

Q: The latest reviews on the lazy boy avondale show a set with green cushions. This is very confusing. My impression is that the Avondale set is red and the Griffin is green. It is difficult to make an informed decision . Is the Avondale also poor quality?

A: I bought this based on the answers saying it was aluminum but when I got it home I noticed in the attached documents it says powder coated steel frames.
