Very readable, but...

Nice large type and numbers, the date does not let me put the right day of the week on. maybe it is still set to last year? the outdoor temp is reading 4 degrees warmer than the weather network. - maybe because it is in the sun- not sure how accurate it is. You need specific AA batteries that are not rechargeable. Which is a bit of an annoyance because most new things have AAA. That is something to be aware of.

A: Yes it does, just mount in shade not in direct sunlight and it will send accurate temperature reading to main unit inside your house. Two AA batteries run outside sensor should last over a year or two .
