We recommend removing power from the faucet for a minute to allow the system to power cycle, ensuring the sensor lens is clean and that the faucet is not partially in manual override. There is also an adjustment that can be made to the set screw in the handle, which sometimes will resolve this issue. Elegant!!

I love this faucet! The touchless feature is so nice when you're chopping veggies or mixing with your hands. The only thing I will caution about: the sprayer feature is strong and there is a lot of over-spray. You have to keep the head low in the sink when using it. Even then it will spray outside the sink. So wipe it up - I still love it!!!
