A Safer, Healthier Choice: Buy Silicone

Great lifter. Given what we now know about the material in black cooking utensils and given that bits of my old black lifter/turner would flake off as a result of heat exposure, I have switched to silicone cooking utensils. This KitchenAid lifter is great. I bought one to give as a gift as a result of being happy with the one I bought
