On va se le dire les ajout pour les batteurs sur socle Kitchen Aid sont assez cher... Et on les veux tous aussi... Je suis une grande amatrice de pâte et je n'ai jamais manger de meilleure pâte fraîche que celle faite avec ces couteaux (recette dans le livret qui viens avec) Pour élever vos lasagne à un autre niveau je le recommande! Fonctionne très bien, un peu difficile à nettoyé correctement et peut-être un peu cher mais il emmène des résultats assuré sans que vous vous déboîtiez l'épaule avec une machine à pâte manuelle.

We love our pasta attachments. I grew up with a hand-crank pasta machine with spaghetti and fettuccini options. After using the spaghetti roller to cut paper (so cool!) it never worked properly on pasta. So years later when buying the pasta attachments for our KitchenAid, I never considered buying the set of three that includes the spaghetti roller. I really don't miss the spaghetti roller; the two piece set is sufficient for me. Although it is not necessary, I get my young kids to help hand-knead the pasta and lay out the flattened pasta sheets. They love it and are begging to be allowed to do more: feed the pasta sheets into the fettuccini cutter, catch the fettuccini, add it to the pot of hot water. Maybe soon... We play with the recipe a little. We grind 1/2 c flax meal and substitute it 1:1 in place of either whole wheat or white flour. My family of five prefers the fresh noodles over any dried noodle. Since it takes just over a half hour to make a batch of noodles, I'm happy to take the effort.
