Awesome little mixer but…

I’ve had my mixer now for just over 2 years. And I love it! I got the matte grey. I don’t do a lot of baking but whenever I need to whip something up. I always reach for my mixer. It’s easy to clean and easy to use. Unfortunately after 2 years the mixer is starting to not work as it should. It doesn’t always turn on right away. It will take a couple tries. Or the lowest setting starts off very fast or the speed of the mixer doesn’t match the setting.
