Product Details

These hydraulic shock absorbers help smooth out the bumps while riding your ATV or snowmobile. They dampen movements of the suspension so you have a more comfortable ride over rough terrain. The shocks cushion impacts from ruts and rocks so your ride feels more stable. Unlike springs which support the weight, the primary job of these shocks is to control suspension motion. If your vehicle is sagging, the springs likely need adjusting, not the shocks. The shocks work by controlling the flow of oil through internal valves and ports. They may require a few cycles of full extension and compression when new to work air bubbles out of the oil for optimum performance. Overall, the shock absorbers help provide a smoother, more controlled ride so you can concentrate on having fun rather than fighting vehicle bounce.
