We bought this and returned it. Coffee flavour was watery, we tried different pods and different strength settings and was still disappointed in the flavour considering the price of the machine.

Garbage - have had 3 break in the past year

We are done with these terrible machines. We bought our first Keurig about 15 years ago and have had one ever since. The coffee is just fine, but the convenience is why we have one. One machine, over 10 years old is still working in our ski condo, but the 3 bought more recently have all broken. Two broke when they around a year and a half old, and the most recent broke after about 9 months. It was a gift for work and I wasn't using it, so brought it home to replace our home machine that broke, plugged it in, and it won't work either! A quick search showed that it's common for the thermal switch on these to trip and you can't flip it without opening up the machine. Figured it was still under warranty so at least it would be replaced, but Keurig won't replace it because it was a gift and we have no reciept. We've bought thousands of kcups over the years, and even though all the reviews say that other brands make better coffee we've stuck with Keurig because we were invested in several machines, but now that they've all broken, and Keurig won't stand behind their product, we're moving on and done with the terrible machines that they are producing now. The 10 year old machine that still works will go to the thrift store, and it's probably a better buy than anything that they make now...

I bought this exact model last Christmas and it worked great for 10 months. First the water sensor stopped working (It showed that it needed water added when the reservoir was full), then a few weeks later, I hit the button to brew a cup and no water came out (reservoir was full). Hit the button again and still nothing. Then the lights went out and never came on again. Very disappointed.

Love this new machine!

Purchased this to replace an older one that quit working. So much quieter and much smaller in size. the water reservoir is compact and easy to remove to refill. Love the extra size for a bigger cup of whatever.

Since are coffee makers are not guaranteed to work with products made by other companies, what I do recommend in your case is to purchase The Keurig® My K-Cup® Universal Reusable Filter it is a simple and also a convenient way to brew your favorite ground coffee using your Keurig® coffee maker.   • A: The difference between the Keurig® K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker and the Keurig® K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker is that the Plus will give you the ''Temperature control'', a bigger water reservoir (78 oz. vs 66 oz.), buttons to control the display screen and the option to program your favorites. The Keurig® K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker has the option of changing the position of the water reservoir. Keurig® K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker doesn't have.

  • A: The distance from the spout to the countertop (without the drip tray) is 17.8 cm (7 po) which is the average height for a travel mug. I hope it will be a fit with the travel mugs you have at home!
