Questions
Q: I have had 2 Keurig machines conk out. After using the same cup size setting for a while I switched to another and look ma,no coffee. The same happened both times. Neither one"recuperated". Why does this happen and does someone fix these things?

Q: Can you brew straight into a travel mug that is almost 7 inches tall (without the lid)?
4 years agoA: The travel mug clearance (without the drip tray) is 7 1/2 inches. With the K-Compact coffee maker, you can choose to brew up to 296 ml cup (10oz) with a K-Cup® pod. If brewing a travel mug sized beverage is important to you, we suggest upgrading to our Keurig® K-Elite or K-Select coffee makers (up to 12oz).
